Error 30030 and Error 70000


Description This error occurs with MEDIAplus AICC versions AICC (error 30030) or SCORM versions (error 70000).

Cause This error can appear on AICC or SCORM platforms if a user changes the spelling of his or her surname, first name and/or login identifier after a first connection to MEDIAplus.

Résolution To solve this anomaly you can :

  •  either restore this user data to their original form
  •  or delete then re-create the user.
